Gould Intelligent is seeking a Help Desk/Desktop Technician for a 6 mo. contract to hire position. Can work out of either the North Phoenix or Mesa, Arizona office. Candidate will be primarily Help Desk with some time in Desktop support. Will be supporting 200+ users across 12 locations. May have some travel, primarily in the Phx. Metro area so reliable transportation is a must. Occasional after hours or weekend work may be required.
Candidate must be customer service and detail oriented. Patience, troubleshooting, organization, and multitasking skills are essential. Must be able to prioritize work requests.
Candidate must have experience in Windows, MS Office, and Windows Server support. Must be able to install, move, migrate, repair, and image computers. Also must be able to configure scanners, printers and network shares. Candidate must have 1 – 3 years’ experience. IT Certifications desirable.
