If you are looking for that key person for your team giving time to see if it is a good fit, then try the Contract-To-Hire plan, with anything from a one month to one year options. This minimizes effects on your HR process and importantly your employee moral and UI claims.

Need help sorting resumes or interviewing new IT staff, our knowledgeable staff can assist you in evaluating resumes, and/or perform interviews taking that burden from your shoulders.
Gould Intelligent understands the budget constraints of our customers and offers flexible payment terms for permanent placement hires. Our contract to hire terms are variable and can be negotiated on anything from a 1 month to 6 month contract to hire basis.
We also provide recruiting services for IT companies that need additional staff for the life of a project. Gould Intelligent charges an hourly fee based on hours billed while the consultant works in your company.
