Job Description
Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking 4 Customer Service Representatives for a 1+ year contract assignment in Flagstaff, AZ. Work will be on site and pay is $18/hr.
Candidates will be working with customers by telephone or in person to determine program eligibility and resolve complaints. Candidates must have previous CSR experience as well as experience using computers, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED. Preferred candidates will be bilingual in Spanish.
Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the area, be able to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, be able to start with 2 weeks’ notice, and be able to pass relevant background check.
