Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a Construction Contract Procurement Specialist for a long-term contract in Phoenix, AZ. Work will be onsite in downtown Phoenix. Work schedule is M – F, 7 am – 4 pm. Pay is $45 - $55/hr.
Candidates will create and process complex design and construction procurements. Must have experience in contracts and construction design procurement. Preferred candidate will have knowledge in Title 34, experience with public speaking & presentations, and/or knowledge of
eProcurement portals such as Bonfire.
Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix Metro area, and be able to pass relevant background check.
