Job Description
Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a Program Specialist for a 3+ mo. contract assignment in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Work will be hybrid and pay is $19 - $21/hr.
Candidate will be assisting with the matching of vital records, updating, and auditing them. Will utilize electronic systems to verify information. Candidate will need to be able to create professional emails and correspondence and communicate in a professional manner verbally with hospitals and government agencies. Will be creating Excel spreadsheets and running reports. Candidate will assist with mail processing, daily deposit of funds, scanning, and application processing. Candidate may also assist with website revisions.
Candidate must have computer and phone skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Adobe. Must have some college. Preferred candidate will have a current fingerprint clearance card, experience with cashiering/reconciliation, and/or website update experience.
Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix Metro area, be able to work onsite downtown, be able to start with 2 weeks’ notice, and be able to pass relevant background check.
