Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a Student Services Specialist for the Community College District for a long term contract in Arizona. Position will be onsite in Tempe 2 days a week and 3 days a week remote. Hours will be variable but primarily between 11 am and 7 pm M – F. Occasional evening or weekend work. Pay range $20 – 23/hr.

Candidate will be engaging in outreach and retention activities with current students to increase re-enrollment. Assist students in overcoming enrollment barriers by connecting them with the right areas to assist with their needs. Candidate will document outreach efforts.

Preferred candidate will have experience working in higher education and 2+ years’ experience in a high volume customer service area.
