Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a Jr. IT Help Desk Technician for a long-term (possible contract to hire) position in the East Valley of Phoenix, AZ. All work must be performed on-site. Pay range $18 – 23/hr. Candidate must have reliable transportation as they will occasionally have to drive to the Phoenix office (mileage will be reimbursed).

Candidate will assist internal users with troubleshooting Windows application issues and provision & maintain user access to web portals. Candidate will also be responsible for desktop hardware installation and maintenance. Will maintain the inventory system and conduct inventory audits as needed.

Candidate must have 1 year IT Help Desk experience as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have experience with Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365.
