Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking an Administrative Project Specialist for a long-term contract in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Work will be Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm and will be onsite for a month or so during training and hybrid after that. Pay is $20 - $24/hr.

Candidate will maintain spreadsheets, databases, documents, and files. Will review billing and production reports for accuracy. Candidate will process applications and monitor compliance. Will draft correspondence and respond to internal and external inquiries via email and phone.

Candidate must have strong computer skills including MS Office and ArcView/ArcMap. Preferred candidate will have Salesforce experience. Must have strong customer service skills.

Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), be able to start with 2 weeks’ notice, already be in the Phoenix Metro area (NO relocations), and be able to pass relevant background screen.
