Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking an Operations Assistant / Administrative Assistant for a long term contract in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Work will be onsite Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Pay is $25 - $29/hr.

Candidate will be the first point of contact with visitors and clients. Will answer phone calls, issue security badges, sign for deliveries, and manage physical records. Candidate will also maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare written documents and spreadsheets. Will assist with mailroom duties, coordinate vehicle reservations, maintain fleet logs, perform asset tagging, and key issuance. Candidate will also do some data entry and check runs.

Candidate must be proficientwith MS Word and Excel, Google Sheets and Docs, Gmail, and Google Calendar. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree, and a postgraduate degree is preferred. Skills test will occur at interview. Preferred candidate will also have experience with facilities support, fleet management, and/or mailroom operations.

Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), be able to start with 2 weeks’ notice, already be in the Phoenix Metro area (NO relocations), and be able to pass relevant background, MVD, and drug screens.
