*Part Time Schedules

Gould Intelligent also provides consultants with part-time positions, almost unheard of in the IT staffing world.   We have many consultants who have their own part time businesses and are looking to supplement their income with a "regular gig".   Many of these consultants after working with Gould Intelligent for a while look to Gould to fill all of their time.  

Many consultants only want 20, 24, 30 hours per week, keeping the remaining time from a normal 40 hours work week to themselves.   We are open to discussing your needs and we will let you know what the customer is open to, and what is available.   Flexibility is key however to maintaining a larger paycheck.  Many of our consultants understand this and will allow some 40 hour weeks to meet special project deadlines and then revert back to a week with lesser hours.

*Flex Time Schedules and Work From Home

Many consultants like to avoid rush hour or work 4 ten hour days, or.....  Depending on the project Gould Intelligent works to provide a flex time schedule.  Have a project that's far from home, Gould Intelligent has many consultants who work a few days at the client's site then a few days at home.

*Part time and flex time are dependant on the project as well as other factors.
